The NDLS welcomes your feedback and enquiries. You can contact us through our online feedback form. You can also read our frequently asked questions  which may answer your specific query.

• Please note that if you have applied for your licence at an NDLS centre, your licence should be processed within 5 to 8 working days. You should allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery by An Post. Therefore you do not need to contact the NDLS if you have only made your application in the last two weeks. If you have not received your licence or permit two weeks from the date you visited the NDLS centre please contact the NDLS by email .

• If you have applied for an exchange of your foreign licence please be aware that this may take up to 3 months as your licence has to be verified by the country that issued it.
